Department mission is to preserve the unique character, beauty, and quality of life of the Town of Manalapan by administering fair and consistent zoning regulations, guiding responsible development, and ensuring that land use and architectural standards protect the community’s residential character and coastal environment. Zoning inquiries can be answered by Alice Everard, the Town’s Zoning Administrator, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Alice also assists with the Town’s Architectural Commission.
