The Town Clerk’s Office is responsible for public records and other information, including all resolutions and ordinances that are adopted by the Town Commission.
Please note, as of March 1st, 2023 any persons requesting a traffic crash report must also provide a completed Sworn Statement for Crash Report affidavit that has been provided above.
The Town of Manalapan uses NextRequest, an online public records request portal, to receive, manage, and respond to public records requests.
All public records requests should be submitted through the NextRequest portal. The portal provides a convenient way to submit your request, communicate with Town staff, and track the status of your request all in one centralized location.
