Application to Town Commission (TCOM)

The Town Commission reviews applications for Variances, Special Exceptions, Site Plan Reviews, Zoning Text and/or Map Amendments, Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Planned Unit Developments (PUD) or PUD Amendments, and Paver Agreements. The Town Commission meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in the Town Hall Commission Chambers.

**Projects requiring extensive review, multiple correction-requests, or resubmittals will be subject to an additional fee of $100.00 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, in addition to the base fee listed above.
