Join Instructor Ginny Root at 11 am for a Yin practice. Vinyasa is considered Yang so imagine a completely different experience with Yin. Restorative in nature and meant to guide you into a meditative state, Yin yoga reduces stress which boosts the immune system. Poses are done seated, lying down, on the side, and belly. They are held for 1-2 minutes and are meant to increase circulation to connective tissue, ligaments, and joints. You'll leave feeling refreshed and rested.
