The Town is planning the construction of a new two to three-story municipal complex to replace its aging facility and better serve the community for decades to come. The proposed building, totaling approximately 23,600 square feet, will consolidate Town Hall, Administration, Police, and Fire Rescue into a modern, purpose-built facility designed to support efficient operations, enhance public safety, and improve customer service. The project also includes the redevelopment of existing Town properties to better accommodate future growth and evolving operational needs. Preliminary programming allocates approximately 4,500 square feet for Town Hall, 5,500 square feet for Administration, 5,200 square feet for the Police Department, and 8,400 square feet for Fire Rescue. The new facility will provide updated technology, improved accessibility, enhanced security, resilient building systems, and flexible spaces capable of adapting to the Town’s future needs.
